I had this car for less than a month, and already the grill took a beating from all the rocks that hit the car. I can see paint chips, and to my surprise underneath the silver, its black... I thought it was a solid silver colored metal piece, I guess infiniti just painted or coated over a metal to make it look chrome.

Anyway, any recommendations on whether there's touch up paint or any other methods of repairing the little chips on the grill? All I do is highway driving so there's going to be plenty of these... Anyone know how much a grill costs?

Just replace it if it's that bad. If it's not that bad, then just get some touch up paint. Bring it to the dealer so you make sure you match the color code.

Im so pissed at my dealer. Took it in for an oil change and left with 2 more scratches in the paint.

Its so hard to try to keep the car looking nice with this soft a** paint.

I would see if they have a replacement grill you can purchase and stick in. May be the best method. For the paint chips on the fenders, bumper, and hood, just grab some stock color coded paint touch-up and call it good.
