2008 G35 drivers window replacement

Can anyone help with the steps to replace a driver side window. Have the door torn down but dont know how to recement the window on to the guide rails and then reassemble the rails so that the window is in the correct alignment. Particularly since the guide rails bolt on through the interior door cover. Thanks, mdcdvm
