2008 G35 Compact Flash Card question

Neither Infinity, my dealer, or Bose can tell me which CompactFlash Card I should use in the Compact Flash Player in my 2008 G35X. Infinity referred me to Bose, who sent me to Clarion who are virtually impossible to communicate with. The dealer is clueless. Suggestions will be appreciated.

You can use whatever CF card you want to really. I just looked at the 08 manual, no specifications for capacities, so you could go as small as 512 MB and as big as 16 GB.

Thanks for responding so fast. I am more interested in the dimensions of the card than the capacity. I tried a SD Ultra II and it appears to be too small for the player slot and was not recognized.

Ahh, yeah there are SD cards and Compact Flash cards. The CF cards are the square ones, not the rectangle ones. Just go to Best Buy or Circuit City and tell them you're looking for a Compact Flash card. They'll know what you're talking about, but the CF cards are the square ones and say Compact Flash on them, like the pic below.

Thanks again. I finally realized that it was the CF and not the SD that I needed. I ordered a Kingston CF online at ECost.com. I also had to get a media reader for the CF; mine only reads SD. ECost is much cheaper than Circuit City. Too bad the manual doesn't cover this.
