2008 FX35 Key Fob Programming

Does anyone know how to program the key fob for a 2008 FX35? When I purchased the vehicle I was provided one key fob and two keys. I went back and asked for another key fob and was provided a four button key fob (looks the same except it has four buttons). I have searched the web to find programming instructions to no avail. Every website I find that sells OEM key fobs for the 2008 FX35 only lists newer key fob with the valet key built into it. My car came with the original black three button remote. Need help.
