2008 EX35 Price Changes?

I know that Nissan announced an increase on some models at the end of January. But I was just re-doing my "build" at infintiusa.com, and am pretty sure the MSRP for the same package -- 2WD, Premium, Wood Trim, and Luxe Elite -- jumped $2,700 to $40,500. Anyone knpow about this?

Granted, no one pays list. But that's putting like a butcher keeping a finger on the scale when we're trying to negotiate. After all, a "2008 is already a one-year old car".

Also noticed that they killed off the "base" model (non-Journey) and AWD is now priced closer to 2WD. (But I still don't want AWD, even if it's "free".)

Maybe these are just the prices they're getting ready for the unchanged 2009s, but you'd think we'd hear some official announcement.
