2008 m35 BOSE with 14 speakers. Adv tech package.

I get no sound from any speakers. I think its the amp. I cant find one to save my life cuz from what i understand theres many different part numbers. Can anyone confirm that i need part number 28060-eh11e? Will any other part number work? Maybe an 07 with 14 speaker bose? Or has anyone bypassed it and used an aftermarket amp and kept all 14 speakers and functionality? Any help! Infiniti of tampa had the car for 2 months and couldnt figure it out... But we know how dealerships work.

Welcome to the forum.

I believe on of our Y51 (2011+) guys had a similar issue and it was the amp...but his was the factory one.

What did the dealer say about the part number? You should be able to give them the VIN over the phone and they should provide you with the exact part number you need. I've done that many times for other parts...you could even call a dealer on the other side of the country if you're worried about tipping off your current dealer lol.

I was so fed up with the dealer that i just took the car and left. Im fairly certain on the part number part of it... But now i have a new issue.

I took the car to an audio shop and told them to make sound come out of the speakers by bypassing the amp or whatever they had to do. The tech said that theres a module above the headunit, not the white box, but a metal one above that one that isnt putting out signal. So he thinks that may be the culprit. What is that module called? He said when he played with the plug on that one it was cutting in and out. Part name or part number anyone?
