I just purchased a 2008 Armada LE and was contemplating following their Premuim Maintainance Schedule. I had a 2004 Armada that I did not follow this prescribed plan and was wondering if anyone has an experience or recommendations on this?

It's in the service manual. Basically it's A LOT more touch points on the vehicle each time you have it serviced. I don't know if it is worth the money or not.

I really don't believe it would be worth it.

if you buy the plan why not follow the prescribed plan. The lowest I was quoted $1675 for the Gold Preferred Premium Plan 5yr/75k it sounds worth it considering the 30k and 60k service will run @ $750 each plus the oil changes run @ 45 each figuring with just those..4 x $45= $225 per year5 year total = $1125 for oil changes alone15k service= ?30k service= $75060k service= $750total is = $2625 saving you a whopping $950 at todays dollar value......

Just don't finance that plan into your monthly payment b/c you'll lose some of those savings.

Personally, I follow the normal driving schedule for our vehicles and I don't have a problem. Our PF has 125K and is going strong. My old G20 had 176K before it got t-boned. I typically service the vehicles at the dealership while they are under warranty and then switch them to my trusted local mechanic after that. I do use synthetic oil though.

IMHO those service schedules are meant to scare you into spending more $$$$ at the dealership.

Actually you can finance the extended warranty thru nmac for 0% interest all you need to do is lump this in at the same time and you can finance both for 0%.

So let me see if I understand this. If I take my Infinity in for the regular scheduled maintenance it's going to cost me roughly $2625, 5yr/75k mi. But, if I get the premium service agreement all those trips to the dealer for maintenance are covered as in I don't have to pay? Hell, I'd finance the deal just for the piece of mind if that I don't have to shell out $750 every time I pull into the dealer for service. I'm new to Infinity and have taken my 93 PF to Jiffy Lube for service since day 1. Will I really save $1200 with the Premium Sevice Plan?

Good god.....we (Arch Abraham Nissan) only charge ~$450 for the 30/60/90K services on the Armada/QX56.
