Hi I need your guy s help and opinions. I have a 2008 Altima Coupe 6 speed and it will not start!
All lights and radio work fine! (Not steering wheel lock)
Brakes light up when I push the break! (Not brake switch)
Ypu push the start button when holding the clutch and it just go to the start position and nothing!!!
Everything stays on but does not try to crank!
Tried boosting it and nothing!

What else can it be?

Nothing
Every one keeps talking about the brake switch going
But in a 6 speed you hold the clutch instead of the brake do you think that switch could of gone?

Yeah those switches CAN go, but usually not so soon. Try and turn the key with the clutch out (in neutral just in case) and see if it does the same thing (all accessories stay on, etc).

You can always pop-start it in a pinch. Or you can try disconnecting the switch from the harness, and jumping it out.

I meant jump the switch, not trying to jumpstart the car (maybe you meant that too).

To pop-start the car, have the key in the on position, get the car rolling a good ~6-10 mph (either have people push, or get rolling down a hill), then put the car in 1st or 2nd gear, and drop the clutch. Once the car chugs a few times (it'll be like jacking the brakes a bit), put the clutch back in and give it some gas. This will turn the engine via the wheels as opposed to the starter.
