i was driving yesterday when the oil pressure light came on. I reset it on the dashboard, but when I shut off the engine and restart it the light comes on again and stays on. I also have the same problem with a very slight "clicking" sound while driving. Also, the drivers seat was making a squeaking sound when making adjustments. I had to end up replacing it. The dealer couldn't find the problem. To top it off, There are rubber grommets missing under the hood where they hold a panel on for the headlights (quality problem).Oh, my wife hit a small pothole in the road and the passenger rear bumper came off. What else can go wrong?

You probably have a bad oil pressure sensor. If you have been driving it with low/no oil pressure, then the motor would have seized up by now.

And take that that POS back to the dealership and hold their feet to the fire! Just because $hit-head the mechanic is deaf and dumb doesn't mean you don't get your car fixed under warranty.

If there are that many problems with your brand new coupe, they should just replace it because it is a borderline lemon.

Wow, sorry to hear about the unfortunate things happening to your car. Bumper falls off when hitting pothole?! That's a first for me. The seat rattle is a common problem affecting the Altima's. I guess it's a first-model year vehicle which is prone to having bugs.

you mentioned that you "reset" the light, that doesnt sound like its the oil pressure light, im not trying to insult you or anything, im just trying to make sure you are actually talking about the oil pressure light, and not the maint. light. the oil pressure light is not a light that can just be "reset"
