2008 Altima coupe 3.5 MT vs. 2000 Mustang GT MT

Hey guys in a race who do you think would win. The Altima with a manual transmission vs the mustang with a manual transmission. Both are close with hp.

Mustang- 260hp, 302 torqueAltima- 270hp, 258 torque

I am wondering your thoughts on the outcome of this race. Were talking straight line from a stand still. The mustang has the advantage off the line with rear wheel drive. But it is also a bit heavier and older.

Weight- 3203 lbs. (mustang)Wieght- 3186 lbs. (altima)

ive ran the new one and won..but that is with my mods done so im more then sure the old one will be a walk in the park..even stock i got the altima winning

its a drivers race, i've beaten a few 350z when i was stock and other cars that should get walked on by 350z have beaten them in my area.... most people with 350z in my area cant drive for s***...... assuming the Mustang driver can drive, he'll win BUT then again, with it being stick you could come across a driver that isnt too good.... its supposed to do a 13.9 in the 1/4 mile (14.4 for the auto) and stick shift 3.5se altima coupe does a 14.2. so it all comes down to the driver
