2008 3.5L Altima Coupe seeking mod advice

My car is now completely off (extended) warranty. And I considered buying a new car, but instead decided I want to modify my current car. It's been a really long time since i've been out of the loop and I know many products are discontinued. So can you guys give me some advice?

My car is completely stock.

My priority is to lower my car, if it means a better suspension, I'm willing to drop the money on a coilover system and not just springs.
I also want new wheels/tires. Preferably 18-19's.

Second is an exhaust system, and ecu flashing, if available.

Lastly all the little cool upgrade accessories.

Reason I decided to make a thread is because I feel like this forum is pretty dead from when I first joined in 2007/8, and I was wondering if any '08 folks are still around to give some advice/suggestions.

I'm not asking you to build my car...but I guess I am...I'll throw up progress pictures for you guys!

I haven't been on these forums for very long, just got my ac in December, but most of the parts in the lists still seem to be for sale, at least from what I have looked at. Only found a few that were discontinued.

is the list updated? i feel like i've seen some parts on this forum that weren't on the list?

I do not think it has been updated in a while, but doing research on parts myself (for the 2.5) everything looks to be pretty much the same. There is not a whole lot of new product I have found that is not on the list.
