remove the bulbs.
remove the ballast.
Bake at 225F - 230F for 12-15 minutes. (this allows for the very sticky glue to soften just enough to allow for the front lens to come off.)
gently bend down the few tabs on the black area, that help to hold the lens into place.
grab an area of the lens, and pull up. dont be afraid to use some muscle. its tough.
the turn signal is held on by 1 screw, and a few press-in style tabs.
the headlight lens has a chrome reflector housing welded in via plastic tabs. into that is the orange reflector which is plastic welded into the chrome housing.
