Hello, my daughter ran over something with her 2007 Versa and broke the bottom of the windsheild wash pump off. This is the part where the two hoses connect to. I'd like to see a diagram of these parts, and also to know if I can replace just the pump, or if I have to replace the tank also. Can anyone help please. Thanks - Jim

There's a pretty decent set of diagrams on pages 4 and 29 here.

You actually don't need to remove the tank due to the way the pump is mounted. You can just disconnect the connectors and slide it out of the tank.

MinisterofDoom, that was very helpful, thank you! Do you know if you can get easy access to the pump with just the fender protector removed? Also, is the pump a Nissan item only or would my local parts store carry it? Thanks again for your help, very much appreciated. - JIm

If I remember right, you may not need to pull the liner back. I'd peek under the car to be sure.

Check your local parts store, but we have have some OEM parts suppliers that give us discounts. Look in the "Sponsor Spotlight" thread in the General Chat section.
