2007 Versa HubCap Replacement...

I know - this has been covered a million times but the topics got a little "off topic" and hard to follow...anyway, after four years I finally lost a cap and the other's are noisy and ready to fall off. All I want to do is just replace the caps with something that is small and just cover's the center of the wheel. I'm not interested in covering the entire wheel - kind of like the older Nissan little covers that simply went around the lugs. If you have a suggestion - would you mind also giving me a link for ordering? Thanks!

hemifan87 on NVF has replacement hubcaps, they're 15s and I believe he said he got them from Wal-Mart so you can try that or Advance(or an auto parts store). I've also heard that Sentra hubcaps fit our cars so you can look into that as well.

UPDATE: I shot over to AutoZone and picked up a set of full cover's for $24.00 - they look "ok." So, no more need for covers.

I noticed that the front (both sides) hub axle cover's are missing? All you see is the axle w/nut coming out of the hub - is that normal?

Yuppa - I noticed a "sentra" the other day with all hubcaps missing and the front hub were exposed as well. Amazing - I guess Nissan saved a dime on each car manufactured (smile).

Oh, I see what you're saying, I rocked my steelies for a few months and mine didnt have the covers neither so I'm guessing they're all the same. I wonder if SLs and higher end models were the same.

If I'm not mistaken - I believe the SL's had full rims (no hubcaps). Anyway - thanks for verifying.

I have SL rims so I know but if you remove them, you'll see the axle(no cover). I guess its all the same setup behind the wheels.
