2007 Sentra Odometer is stored where?

Is the odometer memory settings stored in the ECU or the instrument panel?

If I replace my instrument panel will still display my current mileage?

^^^^^^^^^ That is correct. Also try to get one where the mileage is fairly close to your current one maybe slightly more and then run yours till the mileage is similar and then change it. FYI, the 2007 -2009 are interchangeable and get one that has the same features as your current one - for example if you have cruise and ABS. Ebay has quite a bit of them that's pretty cheap compared to new one from dealer.
