Hey out there,
I am thinking of lowering my 2007 Sentra S with springs(cheapest route)
or coil overs (adjustable but expensive). My first question is alignment issues.
If I go with springs is there a front and (rear) camber kit out there to
properly set the alignment? If I go with coil overs, how do you install
the rear coil overs? Do they just mount where the stock shocks go and
if there is a rear camber kit would it be the same kit for both springs
and/or coil overs ?

Yes, if you get coilovers, it's pretty much a direct swap. As with B15's, the B16's camber won't be thrown out enough to cause an issue, especially with just springs. When I had mine on the alignment rack, it was -0.3*, still well within spec

Yes they do mount right up to the stock locations.
I had springs for the first year I got the car, and coilovers since like the beginning of 08. If you don't mind throwing out the extra money for the coilovers, I'd highly recommend them.
