I have a 2007 2.0 and my bro has a 2010 spec. When he gets new exhaust can I use his? Will it match up? Would it even be worth the trouble?

I don't know if it would match up but I wouldn't pursue it. The spec v's exhaust is tuned and designed to match up to completely different engine characteristics and won't benefit much, if any; short of making a different exhaust note which can be had for cheap.

Yeah, pretty much not worth the time, even in terms of sound. The hanger setup is probably different anyway.
