There's no separate RKE control unit like on older models, just an RKE Antenna/Receiver module that bit-bangs fob transmissions to the BCM on a 1-way LIN link. The Antennas rarely go bad unless there's a water leak at the passenger A-pillar that drowns them, and they're powered by the BCM so there's no fuse involved. I'd try an Antenna first simply because it's cheapest and easiest, but chances are better that your BCM has a memory failure. If so you can try having the fobs reprogrammed, sometimes ID data in the BCM simply gets corrupted and refreshing the ID's will restore function. If that doesn't work then the BCM will need to be replaced.
