2007 Quest Front blower motor acting up

[2007 quest]

My quest blowing cold air always in the rear and most of the time in the front however the front motor from time to time will just quit working. Sometimes you can shut off vehicle and it will start back blowing hard. My questions is what do you think it is and where is the blower motor located? Thanks
