Hello all. New user here. My 2007 Quest has an issue. The drivers side right armrest is stuck in the fully up position. Can anyone tell me the secret to get it lowered again? We've had this van since it was almost new and this is the most aggravating issue we've ever had with it.

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to NICO!

As it's in the fully upright position, I'd just try pushing it towards the back of the vehicle to get the catch to release, then you should be able to pull it down.

Also, you might want to hit it with a little Graphite Lube, in case it's seized up. You nay have some difficulty using the tube stuff. See if you can get an aerosol can with the spray tube.

thank you for replying. I have tried pushing (even banging) the rest back and forward without success. I will try the lubricant to see if it might help unjam it
