1st post here...

Tried to search the forum but couldn't get any results. AC is not cold. checked the compressor and the clutch is not engaging when AC is turned on. I can't find the AC compressor relay on any of the fuse box diagrams so I'm not sure how to check to see if power is getting to the compressor. Can anyone please help?

Thanks,

Josh

Check the static pressure in the system. Check the electrical plug going into compressor, should have battery voltage, when a/c controls are on. Check for continuity b/n A and B. Check for continuity between positive side and the housing, should be none.Supply power(jump it) to a/c compressor and see if it starts. There should be a relay block under the hood, check the relay and possibly the fuse for HVAC. If you have static pressure and battery voltage at compressor plug, then it is your compressor. If no voltage, and compressor starts when jumped, check your low pressure when its running should be above 5 psi for the low pressure switch to work, if it isn't, it's the low pressure switch. Check your relay, fuse and wiring to fuse box, then to hvac control head, if all of it checks out its the control head.
