2007, parking lights wont work

I have a2007 Sentra SL.
My parking lights went out, I replaced them and they still dont work. I noticed the other bulb next to it isnt on either (DRL maybe, may not be installed. The book at the shop didnt list a bulb # for the DRL)

I checked the fuses from the interior and in the fusible link box, all fuses are fine. I was thinking a loose wire but there is no slack and you know how the wires are all bundled. I tried to jiggle them but the light still did not come on.

I recently replaced the headlights and they continue to work fine.

Has anybody else experienced this or have any suggestions?

The bulbs are in there tight and this is happening to both parking light bulbs.
