]Hi, can anybody help me to find what front left axle do i need for my 2007 Nissan Versa? It does not have a CVT transmission.
The axle has a rubber joint in the middle......... what exactly is that for?
I found several online, some have the rubber in the middle some not......which one do i need?
The transmission is automatic 4.
Thank you in advance for you help.

Welcome to NICO!
I'm not sure what the rubber seal is, but someone here might know. I'll post a link and you'll get some more answers.
In the meantime, click on the link to our FSMs in my signature and see if you can find the part number to cross reference its appearance and numbers with other manufacturers.

Not seeing a rubber joint in the middle of the halfshaft in any parts breakdowns I'm looking at. Are you talking about the rubber boot covering the actual CV joint?

All the ones I'm seeing also all look the same, regardless of 4AT, 5MT, or CVT. Can you get a picture of what you're talking about?

If you're talking about the boot, then the right side does not have a boot on the inner side, so that may be what you're seeing.
