2007 Nissan Quest Yay or Nay?

I am currently loaning a 2007 Nissan Quest 3.5S and was wondering what you guys recommend. The vehicle has 111,000 miles and is in excellent condition. I have been reading up on these vehicles and keep hearing lots about the timing chain and tensioners prematurely failing. I pulled the carfax on the vehicle and it has been serviced every possible time at the Nissan dealership and I never saw any service records about the timing chain. The van had a single owner and I contacted her and she said they never had any issues with the timing chain and always had the van serviced regularly and never had any issues (the van was a trade in through a dealership). I've watched videos where you can hear the loud rattling of the timing chain and I don't notice it on this vehicle. I do notice that it has a slight high pitched whine when I start it up first thing in the morning and then it goes away when the vehicle warms up. What would you guys recommend?
