I just purchased a used 2007 quest and noticed it had sirius installed. when I tried to get the receiver activated, I could not get the receiver to stop on 184 for programming, it seems to want to fly by each category. The sirius tech said I needed to hard reset the device and possibly have the dealer check it out. Has anyone had this issue? I can see the sjrius ID fine just can't receive the signal (never says aqcuiring satellite either) is there a manual for this factory installed device?option is without BOSE soundsystem.any help is greatly appreciated.

I honestly would guess the problem is in the receiver, in which case, i believe the dealer is gonna be the only one that can help you with it sorry!
