2007 Nissan Quest, shakes Violent

I own a 2007 Nissan Ques 3.5S, for the las 2k miles I been having shifting to drive issue, my van stars, and drive perfectly at the beginning, but he I have driven for couple miles, when the engine is warm, when I park or reverse then shift to drive my van shakes violent, I change 3 out of 4 motor mounts, change transmission fluid. I took to the mechanic, they can't find any code problem, no engine light come out,,,,any suggestion please

Does it shift violently going from N to D, or is it when it is shifting from 1st to 2nd gear or something? How many miles are on it?
