I purchased a 2007 Question at Auction and it had a bunch of engine codes (intermittent misfire, cam position sensor, O2 Sensor) and took off the intake manifold this morning. I noticed that there was an oil film on the inside of the intake manifold. Is this normal - or a sign of other problems? The car has 152K Miles. Assume that it had been neglected.

Not normal, but the most likely culprit is a crappy PCV Valve. Could be the motor is washed out too, but it's one of those "see if it works" things. PCV's are cheap.
