2007 Nissan Frontier Xe Tire Question

I have a 2007 Nissan Frontier Xe with stock 15 x 7 wheels. I am wanting to go up to a bigger tire I currently have 235/75/15. Do you guys think if I went to a 31 x 10.5 x 15 size tire that it would rub? or would a 30 x 9.5 x 15 be a better fit? I looked at a chart and it showed that there is not much difference in the 31s and the 235s. http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/tireca ... 31-10.5r15 If anybody has done this is there anyway you could post a pic. A 31X10.50 would be OK. I am running a 285/75-16 which is ~33X11 tire. I put them on my wife's Xterra without a lift with minimal rubbing. I plan to run that size with no lift when they wear out. I would like to see a 33X10.50-15 on a Frontier, but I know you are running just a 4cyl, correct?

Yes, just a four cylinder and thanks for you reply. Did your wifes xterra have 235/75/15 before you put bigger tires on it?

It has 265/75-16 on 16" PRO4X wheels. Same wheels as my nismo Frontier just a different finish. The non-PRO4X comes stock with 265/70-16 tires.
