2007 Maxima Bluetooth Probs w/ Blackberry

Hi,

I have a new Blackberry Storm 2 which Nissan says is compatible with the 2007 Maxima (with the nav system), but when I pair it with the Bluetooth it stays engaged and doesn't allow me to use the stereo. It should just engage when I making or receiving calls. Any ideas on how to fix this? I've tried the manuals, websites, etc. and the next step it to take it into the service dept.
