Does anyone know anyone that has or makes a supercharger for 07 m45 4.5L v8?

Welcome to NICO.

Nope. None available for the V-8 that anybody knows of.

As a sidebar, there was a turbocharger (not supercharger, as I recall) effort by Keuylian Motors for the 2001+ Q45, which would also have fitted the 2003 and 2004 M45, but this company has long since gone away. I have once sees a Q45 with that turbocharger come up for sale on eBay, but not recently.
