2007 M35X with sound issue with BT-45

Hi,

I own a 2007 M 35X with No SAT, only Bluetooth for phone. I installed a BT-45 ( rear trunk) but had an issue with the sound. Only the speakers on the passenger side was working. The drive side speakers were almost at a whisper volume level. I adjusted the "balance" on both the car and my Samsung phone and couldn't get them to work for the driver side. I know it's working on my phone because when I plugged my headphones or uses my Bluetooth ear pod, it works on both sides. Let me know if anyone was able to resolve this issue?

I am assuming USA Spec BT45-INFI product?

I would go back and check my connections in the trunk area - take them apart and refit them
If you use radio, do you get sound out of both R/L speakers? If so, then I first check the connections with the BT45. If the connections are right, then you might have got a bum unit.
