2007 M35X - key less entry

Hi,
I bought M35X 2007 model recently, I have just started exploring about it. Firstly, I got confused whether it has AUX port or not, it has DVD installed in glovebox and bose system. With the googled information, I searched AUX port but in vein. But, anyhow, I got FM transmitter and the music part is fine now.
Now, I am encountering a problem with keyless entry, start, lock/unlock doors with buttons on the intelligent key, works fine. But, the button on the handle of the drivers door is not responsive, do I need to do some setup in the car to activate it?

I believe there are some 'convenience' options in the settings menu's but I don't recall if the doors were part of that.
