Tdot, I purchased my car used. The paint looked like crap! the only thing that was really pulling me back from buying the M. Around where I live, the alternative detailers are all roughly around the same price. Unless, you want to pursue the local car wash guys that do horrible, maybe even worst to your car. Big A, I actually know him going back from high school. He is very detailed with his work and the results are great. Prior to this, he's worked for a body shop for 13 years. I rather give him the business rather some guy thats gonna give me a spray detail behind my back and charge me 100-200 bucks. Its happen to a bunch of people i know, one of my friends even flipped out stating his car looked exactly the same when bought in. He ended up driving off without paying them.
