2007 Infiniti M35X sun visor rattling

Hi out there I am an owner of a 2007 m35x. I have noticed that in cold weather it is making a very annoying rattling sound. I can't seem to isolate where the rattling is coming from seems to be from the metal rubbing together inside the hinge. I have taken it to the dealer and they say they can't hear a rattle. Does anyone out there have any idea what is making this noise or how I can make it stop? Let me know
