2007 Infiniti M35x Ipod intergration

I have a 2007 Infiniti M35x without sat radio or navigation I am looking to install an iPod integration because I am sick of having CDs everywhere. I have found on here that the PA15-INFI won't actually work on my car being that i don't have a sat radio so I would actually need the PA15-NIS made for nissan. I just want to confirm this is true and feedback from anyone who has dealt with this and what was there experience with the PA15-NIS.

As long as your radio is capable of SAT (I wrote the thread on the PA15-NIS), then you can use the NIS unit. If it doesn't have sat capability...then you'll have to find some other way of doing this.

Thank you for the help now I just need to know what exactly makes my car capable for SAT is it just have something in the back of the radio or is it having a particular wiring harness for it. If my car isn't SAT capable maybe I can just change out my radio to one that is.

If you watch my review or read the thread...the only way to tell I believe is if it has a CAT button on the stereo. That's from USA Spec. itself if I remember (it's been years since I installed it).
