2007 Infiniti M35 - Sunroof stopped working

Hello,

My sunroof just stopped working all of the sudden the other day. It wont move at all when I try to open it. Luckily it's closed so I don't have to worry about rain or anything. Before I take it to the dealer, I wanted to check if there was anything I could do. I tried the reprogramming steps and that did absolutely nothing. Does anyone know where the fuse for the sunroof is located? I checked the one under the steering wheel and the one next to the battery, but i couldn't find any for the sunroof. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to kick it or beat it hard with something!! maybe its got stuck or jammed!

Mine works really slow when it gets really hot out, and if I dont tug on it to close it will get stuck. Works fine when its cool out. Did u try to disconnect the battery for a few minutes and reconnect to reset everything? Maybe worth a shot?

I know this is a late follow up, but it ended up being a bad motor, and I had to get it replaced at the dealership. $500! =(

Late followup is better than no followup. Sorry about the failure, and about not suggesting a fuse check (which wouldn't have saved you any money, but could save the next guy some).

My dealer just quoted $1900 to replace my sunroof motor and "track assembly" (?). I'd be happy to pay $500. I may consider other options.
