I just purchased a 2007 G35x without Navigation. What options do I have to retrofit Navigation and possibly a back-up camera? I have seen options posted for other models and years. I would like to know what I can do with my 2007 G35x specifically. Thanks.

You have three options for navigation: Trade for a car with navigation, aftermarket unit such as a Kenwood, or Garmin. The wiring harness non-nav vs nav is completely different making a retro-fit nearly impossible. I'm not sure about the backup camera but just guess the answer is the same.

they do make aftermarket back-up camera. most are installed above the license plate frame. as far as nav, i recommend a stand-alone garmin.

others have installed a blackbox nav unit utilizing the existing monitor. you would have to get a touch-sensitive screen to put over the existing monitor. it is possible, but probably not worth the headache.

I agree with both of the above responses. If the requirement is to have Infiniti factory NAV then don't get the non-Nav car because there is no real path to installing all the parts and components needed.
