Just purchased the 07 G35X with premium package and its probably the best decision I made. Test drove the BMWs and Acuras, but for the performance at its relatively low price, it was a no brainer.

Pros: 306hp, handling, comfort of seats, great price, no complaints so farCons: not the greatest gas/mileage but expected, people losing focus on the road from staring at it

Anyone else have one and experience problems or have complaints?

Yep,I love this car. I went from a 2003 Dodge Ram 5.7 hemi to this. Its quite the switch. I am in Morris County NJ. My 07 G35X AWD has all the packages possible and the threw in the slush mats and a 12,000 mile/1 year maintenence package. I got the Blue Slate with Graphite Interior and the African Rosewood Trim. LOVE IT!!!!

I just purchased one as well 07 G35 Awd w/premium and nav. No issues. I have been a Honda owner for 10 years and was hesitant to switch. For the money it is by far the best ride out there. Received a great deal at infiniti in Manhattan. Car was purchased at invoice. I shopped around at the end of the month.

Traded my '01 Passat GSX for the '07 G35 premium & nav. bought it 2nd week in November - couldn't wait - no budge at all on the sticker price; black on black w/ rosewood. Love it, the speed, the look. Wish I got the tech package. If I *had* to find something to complain about (and it's difficult to do that), I would put on a short list: cup holders in console and doors inadequate - small and shallow; visual around the car is more limited than my Passat - I find myself looking around more - headrests in back block some view. If you don't turn your gas cap three clicks to tighten the "Service Soon" light comes on with no other clue (fix provided by Infiniti tech). And lastly - how to do a slow start? The car is just born to be driven fast - it's an art to move forward slowly (from a stop sign/light) instead of just punching the gas and going. My head hits the headrest more often than I care to admit.

Other than that, the nav is the best I've seen. The XM / Traffic feature is great especially getting around DC/MD/VA. Some other post said sitting in the G35 is like walking into a 5-star restaurant - it's true.
