2007 G35x Navigation upgrade question

Hi, I I have 2007 G35x without navigation and found 2007 G35x with navigation for parts, what parts from this car do I need to have navigation in my car?

The best answer is to purchase one that has navigation and not deal with a swap. I looked into doing the same thing for mine but I don't think anyone had successfully done the swap. If you have all the parts that can be pulled from another vehicle and swapped over you can sure give it a try. Will probably need some wiring harness parts, the CD/NAV unit, touch screen, front panels, trunk-mounted CD changer, etc.

I couldn't find one for sale with sat nav that time, he can give everything what I need to make it work, was wandering one think where is GPS receiver? is it build in in CD/NAV unit?

Have you been able to get the stereo swap done?

Looking to do the same with my '08 G35, and was told by the dealership that it was not a possibility.

Would like to know what parts you had to get in order to make this one happen if you were successful.
