2007 G35X Compact Flash transfer music to HDD?

I'm going to get a 4GB CF card. Can music be transferred to the internal HDD?I read on another Infiniti forum that only CDs will transfer, and only one track at a time, but the explanation wasn't clear and the member was referring specifically to his coupe.

Well I have the 09 G37...not 100% sure if you even have a HDD with space for audio?? If you do, then only CD's can be ripped to it. Disappointing I know...same as the grayed out crap when you're moving.

Also, you will only be able to use 2G of the 4G flash card...another limitation.
