Can anyone share with me how to make the annoying orange center screen warning messages telling me to change the oil and filter go away? I changed my oil and filter and those two warning items will not disappear. This car has the NAV system. There is nothing in the manuals that tells how to reset the warning to make it stop coming on as soon as the car is started.

on my 03 with nav. You press the info button which gives you options for fuel economy, maintenance etc. Press maintenance and it should get you to a screen that shows your oil and filter life. Should be an option to reset.

Since you have an 07, I would recommend you ask the service department at the dealer?

How many miles are on the car/& since last oil change?

The car has just over 4,000 miles. The oil and filter were changed at 3,750 miles as per the manual.

I have an 06 sedan with 41k miles that will be two years old on New Years Eve. The only two problems I've had were one defective tire pressure sensor and a defective drivers air bag sensor both replaced under warranty. Perhaps you have a defective sensor which the dealer will replace at no charge. You can make an appointment on the internet & request a loaner. My dealer will even come to the house to pick up the vehicle & leave the loaner.
