2007 G35 Sedan Navigation Override Questions

I'm recently bought a 2007 G35 Sedan with Navigation.

Does anyone know how or of a resource/program to:

1) Override/bypass the navigation for use/programming while the vehicle is in motion?

2) Bypass the startup screen permanently?

I have seen resources to accomplish these tasks for older G35s, but not for the 2007s.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
