my sedan under high shifting from 1st to 2nd and into 3rd between 5,000-6,000 rpm's kinda of slips...doesn't grab instantly and then grabs after 2-3 seconds. The tires aren't spinning. I have 9,000 miles on it.

hmmm

What is the clutch fluid level at?

If you have the fluid at the full mark I'd stop by the dealership and let them figure it out. If you make an appointment they will give you a 07 G35 automatic to drive.

Does the clutch pedal stick to the floor? There is a known issue with the slave cylinder for the clutch...take it to the dealer.

One way to test is to try and do a burnout (dump the clutch at high rpms...around 5k). If the clutch sticks to the floor, and you smell burning clutch, get the slave cylinder replaced!

Joe he's got the 07 sedan. I thought it was a problem on the coupe. Do they have the same clutch or just the same problem?
