Okay.....spent 3 hours last night attempting to replace my 07' Coupe fog lights with more HID like bulbs. Didn't have too much trouble gaining access even without removing the front tires but.....

Infiniti has chosen to use a narrow entry for the bulb making it impossible to fit an aftermarket bulb through the opening. They have also included two small nubs on the plate at the base of the bulb that make for an exact fitment. This also creates a problem as the aftermarket bulbs do not include this.

Anyone have any suggestions on what bulb WILL WORK in this obviously intentional design to keep you from being able to swap them out?

Damn I was planning to do mine next week.

As luck would have it.....I just solved the problem. Go to Ebay and do a search for Infiniti G35 Coupe. You will find several sellers that offer exact replacement bulbs (White/HID style) for the 07'. I just purchased mine!
