2007 G35 and G35x AWD axel setting

Does anyone know anything about the G35x axel setting. I bought a G35 that was supposed to be an X but has no x on the back. My dealer assured me the paperwork on it was an x and that it is an x.

I went for an oil change and my oil change guy told me there's no axel in the front...

im pissed but i heard this car has an ATTESA system so is it possible for me to still have a g35x with only a rear axel?
