like the previous poster said i cannot stress enough how careful you need to be with the MAF it costs a few hundred dollars. I would advise doing the following:
1. just check is the MAF sensor removable, see if any wires are broken, be gentle..
2. place the stock intake back see if problem persists...
3. Buy a MAF sensor cleaner
http://www.amazon.com/CRC-Mass...GH57G buy it local if u can so u can get to it right away, clean the hell out of it.. never ever touch any parts. poke it with the sprayer etc.....be EXTREMELY careful.... and you might want to find a way to ensure there is no excess oil on your filters... kitchen towels maybe... or something........
