my 2007 FX35 has only 500 miles, and it was dead, couldnt startup, had to be towed to infiniti

first day, car was dead, call roadside assistance

second day, called infiniti afternoon, they couldnt locate the car, the car still on the way to the dealer, took 24+ hours to get to dealer, which is only 10 miles away, tow company sucks

third day, infiniti called back, they couldnt find any problem, i called car service to pick up the car

next week, same problem happen again, car was dead, no light, no power, couldnt startwaited 30 minutes, light comes on, but when i tried to start, everything dead again, called infiniti to make an appointment and i asked for loaner car, they said they dont have it

sad, does it happen to your guys?

I have an 04 and never had this problem. How cold is it where you are in NY? These cars have some sort of feature that in colder weather (under 20 degrees F or something) they won't start.

My friend had an Acura whatevertheSUV is and this happened, it was a battery issue, something kept discharging it, tell them to check that out i almost guarantee that's what it is. if this persists, try to lemon law.

After 2006 all the 330's were replaced by the 335's. To my knowledge 2006 was the last year of production for all 330 models.

if u have problems with a new car too often , there are attorneys that can help u out to get a new car from the factory or open a case against them(factory defects) and get u compensation.u pay nothing in any case - they are getting paid by infiniti (in yr case).usually it happens with cars like suzuki , kia , hundai etc ...but never heard about infiniti .

sound you have a lemon. Investigate on it and find info on it. Who know you might be able to get a different model.
