Hi,
I'm looking at possibly buying a 2007 FX35. It has 152k and is $5300.00. One owner, loaded, super clean, no issues, MIJ. Carfax shows 40k original price Is this a decent deal? The only thing I'm kind of concerned about is the mileage, but it's MIJ, so it's a minor concern. It's not going to get and mods, just a car for my wife. I just thought I would ask people who have experience with them what they thought abut the car. All responses are appreciated. Thanks!

Just general buying points , can proof of timing chain repair (Rct,) be had ?? Now I don't pretend to be an expert on FX35 specifically (test driven a slightly later model tho).....IF you've noticed the ULTRA-EALABORATE T/chain routings on these models , not to mention , IF there's smaller ' secondary chains ' (one in each bank) that's a BIGGY...............152k mi now .
Cause say IF prev, owner's one of those SPIRITED drivers (and how would you really know??) , they MAY have put the " Timing SET " (complete set of parts there) , put the chain etc. ON THE BRINK ?

Consider this ....and simply getting a good solid estimate on " Timing chain complete " (usually water pump is done too?) , by Dealer so you can bargain down .
Also look into oil-filler hole (cap removed) see if it DOESN'T look like KC Masterpiece in there ! ! :nono:

p.s. I'm an idiot on .....MIJ ? ?
