i was just wandering if anyone else's frontier makes this sort of sound under a fairly hard acceration. It is hard to believe it is pinging as the nock sensor should make the cpu retard the timing. I don't know if it could be just the sound the cvvtc or the variable intake makes. I don't want the just go running to the dealer if it is normal. Any help is appreciated.Thanks

its an 07 if there is anything wrong with it they should fix it for free.

The sound starts around 4000 rpm under hard acceleration. it kind of sound like a rattle, like something could be viberating. it also sound simular to pinging. my wife says it is the truck telling me to knock it off. i am not sure how else to describe it. thanks
