2007 Armada leveling suspension problems

Hi All, I am resorting to you all for some troubleshooting help
Rear auto leveling suspension not working
Here is what I have done so far
I replaced compressor and confirmed pumping and release
Checked voltage at compressor plug @ #2 had 7.5v
Had 5v @ height sensor #1 and from other wire voltage would vary with arm movement
All grounds had continuity to ground
2 @ compressor 2 @ height sensor
All fuses good
Big orange fuse needs replacing in engine bay fuse block, but jumped this for testing purposes
Both relays pulled in (activated) with 12v I am calling them good
only had 6.5v supplied to rear relay for pull in. I am kind of thinking should have 12v supplied to pull in relay and supply power to pump to lift suspension when required
12v to front relay

Please let me know if I am missing something or anyway to confirm controller/computer replacement And where the controller computer are located
